Tal is Made from a fabric called tropical. the fabric is smooth to the touch  and drapes beautifully. The box pleats are all about 1 1/2" each so it give the skirt a nice look. Stretch fabric waist so its super east to pull up. this skirt is  perfect for everyday or for shabbos. Available in both 27" and 29" for a customized look.
